Imagine a place to live, work, and gather, designed for people first. A vibrant, mixed-use community that celebrates the outdoors and the creek while seamlessly connecting to the existing neighborhood so that everything you need is just a short stroll or bike ride away.

East West Partners, whose projects include the redevelopment of Denver’s Riverfront Park and the Union Station neighborhood in Lower Downtown, said Thursday it is beginning “a transformational redevelopment” of the site over the next decade.

The Buell Foundation and Tubman Realty Group, owners of the land and Cherry Creek Shopping Center, are key partners and will be involved in the plan, East West Partners said in a statement.

The project, called Cherry Creek West, will span from University Boulevard to Clayton Street in the east, and from First Avenue in the north to the Cherry Creek Waterway.
