One 400 foot tower will rise 400 feet includes 38 stories; the other 350 foot tower will include 32 stories. The Building offers ground-floor retail and both below- and above-ground parking, a swimming pool deck and other amenities for residents. This is the first major NEW DEVELOPMENT FOR SALE project of this size since the days of The Glass House and SPIRE. Everyone is so excited for this amenity rich project to launch downtown.
